Credit score requirements are not typically required for corporate or employer-sponsored stays.
All screening is completed through a secure third-party provider.
We do not collect or store Social Security numbers.
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- A lease or occupancy agreement
- Move-in instructions
- Payment details and arrival checklist
