To ensure a smooth and secure experience, all extended stays require a brief application and screening process.
Our application includes:
- Government-issued photo ID verification
- Background and eviction screening
- Employment or assignment verificatio.
All screening is completed through a secure third-party provider.
We do not collect or store Social Security numbers.
Once approved, you’ll receive:
- A lease or occupancy agreement
- Move-in instructions
- Payment details and arrival checklist
